Engine Recon/Building

CTM provides a complete engine reconditioning service as follows:

• Stripping, degreasing, all gallery bungs and core plugs removed for cleaning
• All parts measured for wear
• If needed, crank regrind
• Block rebored – next oversized if reconditioned
• Modified engines, block bored to required specification (eg. Rally or Race)
• Full balance on all bottom end components
• Flywheel lightened and refaced to specification
• Modify head to required specification
• New cam shaft, new bearings and new followers to required specification
• New oil pump and water pump
• Competition bearings and gaskets
• Finally rebuild engine to required specification eg… recon or modified
